Ron Novis, Account Executive

   Ron is a grant writer and economic development professional with more than 15 years experience of extensive practice in the field of urban redevelopment. In his previous career, Ron worked for nearly 20 years in international management in the private sector, 11 of which were spent managing travel and transportation arrangements for dignitaries at the United Nations. Currently, Ron works as a grants consultant, managing accounts for a diverse client base that includes the Township of Brick, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County and the Brick Municipal Utility Authority. He formerly held the position of Urban Enterprise Zone Program Director for the Town of Kearny, where he secured more than $36 million to fund such projects as the “Main Street” facade program and the town’s streetscape initiative.
